Program LID-DPSSAE - INTERF

     Program "INTERF" allows you to carry out the modeling of interferograms, analysis of an experemental measured interferograms and comparison analysis ones.

	For modeling of interferograms you can input polynomial coefficients in radians, microns or number of strips.
Program allows you to carry out the analysis of experementally measured interferograms.
	Section of comparison allows you to obtain the integral parameter of deviation. You obtain qualitative and quantitative results of comparison.
