"Anomalously temperature-noncritical birefringence in biaxial optical crysals"

      The theoretical and experimental investigations results of temperature-noncritical birefringence in biaxial optical crysals are represented. It has been shown the role for all operating mechanisms. There are: temperature dependence for indices of refraction, thermal expansion of medium and thermo-deformation variations. The complete classifications for directions of themperature-noncritical interactions are represented. All these effects take place for all biaxial crystals. Experimentally were obtained the following themperature bandwidths: 166 oC for KTP crysal and 110 oC for LBO crystal.
